This update focuses on making Word Race easier to follow, more polished at the end of each round, and smoother to test while the game continues to grow.
Player Experience
- Cluegivers can now watch guesses come in live as players submit them.
- Word Race player lists now stay sorted by score across waiting, guessing, display, and results screens.
- Players with the same score keep a more consistent order during a round, making scoreboards easier to track.
- Final Word Race scoreboards now sort players by score.
- Word Race results now include score reveal animations, rank movement, upward movement cues, and a special first-place trophy highlight.
Testing Improvements
- Added a private development screen for quickly checking lobbies, cluegivers, guessing, results, Word Race, and display views.
- Added sample game setups for standard play, Word Race, final results, and shared display boards.
- Made development-mode buttons and actions work without needing a live game server.
